Integrated Energy Therapy® (IET®) Level 2 Certification

A One-Day, Hands-On Energy Healing Workshop

Human beings often function like programmed systems, running the same emotional and mental patterns again and again. We repeat stories, identities, and reactions simply because they’re familiar. The real work is consciously reinforcing what serves our highest good. Through consistency, commitment, and repetition, a new way of being becomes embodied. Over time, what was once intentional becomes natural. The nervous system learns it. The body learns it. Peace becomes cellular memory.

The Intermediate Level of Integrated Energy Therapy® (IET) helps you work directly with the deeper layers where these patterns live.

What You’ll Learn

Building on everything you learned in Level 1, this training teaches you how to clear mental and karmic imprints from the energy field – so you can support profound shifts in clarity, perspective, and emotional freedom.

This 8‑hour, in‑person training is open to anyone who has completed Level 1.

You’ll learn a gentle yet powerful method that turns your hands into “energy magnets,” allowing you to lift out long‑held patterns with more ease and precision.

You’ll also learn how to sense where a blockage originates—physical, emotional, mental, or karmic—so you can better understand what the body and energy field are communicating.

During the workshop, you’ll receive the Intermediate Level attunement, which connects you with a higher frequency of IET® energy and supports the clearing of mental and karmic patterns.

After receiving it, you’ll be able to release physical, emotional, mental, and karmic imprints from the field and refill that space with supportive, empowering energy.

Meet Teresa Roulette, Energy Therapy Practitioner & Instructor

As an energy therapy practitioner and instructor, I work with the subtle energy systems of the body to clear blockages, release old patterns, and restore natural flow. My practice blends a range of healing arts—including Reiki, Integrated Energy Therapy®, Access Bars®, chakra and aura work, and both remote and in-person group facilitation—all grounded in compassion, intuition, and sacred presence.

I am currently deepening my work through advanced training with The Four Winds Society, working toward certification as a Master Practitioner of Shamanic Energy Medicine. This earth-honouring lineage adds ancestral depth and luminous healing to my evolving offerings.
