This summer, weโre taking our practice outside and inviting you to experience the beauty and benefits of practicing in nature.
Join us in our beautiful city parks as we gather together in community to move, breathe and create moments of peace and connection under the open sky.
Surrounded by trees, grass and the peaceful energy of nature, weโll create space to release stress and restore balance.

Saturday mornings are hosted at Rideau Park, 305 Park St – meet on the east side!
Sunday evenings at Errol Black Park, 123 Rosser Ave E – meet at the top of the hill!
Class will be cancelled in the event of poor weather.

Ashtang Yoga: A Conscious Connection of Breath to Movement with Renu – Saturday TBA at 10:00-11:00am @ Rideau Park
Start your day with intention and ease.
Rise & Shine Slow Flow is a gentle outdoor yoga practice designed to awaken the body, calm the mind, and prepare you for the day ahead. Through mindful movement, breath awareness, and nourishing stretches, weโll create space to connect with ourselves while enjoying the beauty of nature and the morning sun.
Whether youโre new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, this class offers an opportunity to move at a comfortable pace, cultivate presence, and begin your day feeling grounded, refreshed, and energized.

Sunset Slow Flow Yoga with Barb – Sunday July 12 at 7:00-8:00pm @ Errol Black Park
Ease into the evening with movement, breath, and stillness.
Sunset Slow Flow is a gentle outdoor yoga practice designed to help you unwind from the day and reconnect with yourself. As the sun begins to set, we’ll move through mindful stretches and slow, intentional postures that encourage relaxation, release tension, and invite a sense of calm.
Surrounded by the peaceful beauty of nature, this class offers a space to slow down, breathe deeply, and transition into the evening feeling balanced, grounded, and restored.

Sunshine, Breath + Balance with Teresa – Sunday July 19 at 7:00-8:00pm @ Errol Black Park
Begin your practice with EFT Tapping (Emotional Freedom Technique) โ a gentle self-care practice using acupressure points and affirmations to help release tension, calm the nervous system and create space for presence and inner connection.
From there, transition into a gentle, all-levels yoga flow surrounded by the calmness of nature. Through mindful movement and conscious breath, youโll be guided to reconnect with your body, quiet the mind and embrace the grounding energy of the outdoors.
Weโll close with a peaceful guided meditation, allowing you to settle into stillness, soak in the warmth of the sun and leave feeling balanced, refreshed and renewed.
This class is suitable for all levels and is designed to release stress and reconnect. Come with an open heart and mind.

Feel Good Flow with Heather – Saturday July 25 at 10:00-11:00am @ Rideau Park
Gather under the open sky to connect, ground and flow.
Led by guest instructor Heather McDermid, this inclusive, all levels outdoor class invites you to experience the practice of yoga in harmony with nature.
We will focus on steady movement, deep breath awareness and finding a sense of spaciousness within ourselves and our surroundings.
Open to every body, this class is a beautiful way to enjoy a Saturday morning in the park, surrounded by community and the fresh summer air.

Shine Bright with Emily – Sunday July 26 at 7:00-8:00pm @ Errol Black Park
Step into the warmth of summer and reconnect with the light that already exists within you.
This uplifting outdoor yoga class is an invitation to release self-doubt, embrace joy and celebrate your authentic self.
Through meditation and functional movement beneath the open sky, we’ll cultivate confidence, gratitude and a sense of inner radiance while surrounded by the beauty of nature and the glow of the setting sun.

Root to Grow with Emily – Saturday July 11 + August 8 at 10:00-11:00am @ Rideau Park
Just as a tree grows strong through deep roots, we, too, flourish when we feel grounded and connected.
Join us for an evening of mindful meditation and functional movement designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself and find stability in both body and mind.
Surrounded by the peacefullness of nature, we’ll move with intention, connect to our breath and create space to feel grounded, present and open to growth.
Leave feeling rooted, refreshed and ready to embrace new possibilities.

Evening in Stillness with Barb – Sunday August 9 at 7:00-8:00pm @ Errol Black Park
As the day comes to a close, join Barb for Evening in Stillnessโa peaceful Nada Yoga experience designed to calm the mind, soothe the nervous system and invite deep rest. Through gentle breath awareness, guided meditation, periods of quiet reflection and the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes and other therapeutic sound instruments, you’ll be invited to slow down, reconnect and simply be.
There is no movement practice in this class. Instead, you’ll be encouraged to settle into a comfortable resting position and experience the restorative qualities of sound, silence, and mindful presence. Dress warmly and comfortably, as this is primarily a seated or lying-down meditation and sound experience.

Root to Rise with Emily – Saturday August 15 at 10:00-11:00am @ Rideau Park
Growth begins with strong roots, but transformation happens when we’re willing to rise.
This empowering outdoor yoga class invites you to embrace challenge with curiosity, courage and confidence.
Through meditation and functional movement, we’ll explore how stepping outside our comfort zone can build resilience, expand our capacity and reveal the strength that already exists within us.
Surrounded by the grounding energy of nature, you’ll move with intention, breathe through challenge and discover that every obstacle is an opportunity to grow stronger.

Outdoor Yoga with Teresa – Sunday August 16 at 7:00-8:00pm @ Errol Black Park
An opportunity to reconnect with yourself, your breath and the earth beneath you.
Weโll begin by releasing stress and creating space within through EFT Tapping (Emotional Freedom Technique) โ a gentle practice using acupressure points, affirmations and visualization to support relaxation, calm the nervous system and encourage a deeper sense of inner connection.
From there, weโll move into slow, intentional yoga movements focused on breath, grounding and awareness of our surroundings. Practicing outdoors allows us to reconnect with nature, find moments of stillness and experience the benefits of movement in a peaceful, natural setting.

Renewal Under the Sky with Barb – Sunday August 23 at 7:00-8:00pm @ Errol Black Park
Join us for a restorative evening of Yin Yoga and Nada Yoga (The Yoga of Sound) beneath the open sky.
Renewal Under the Sky is a deeply nourishing experience that blends gentle Yin postures with the healing vibrations of sound. As we settle into longer-held poses, the soothing tones of crystal singing bowls and sound instruments will guide us into a state of relaxation, presence, and renewal.
This practice invites you to slow down, release what no longer serves you, and reconnect with yourself through stillness, breath, and sound. Surrounded by nature and the beauty of the evening sky, we’ll create space to rest, receive, and restore.
